I'd say your lmtn, puberty will definitely ascend you just make sure your eating good and all that shit, if you are still lmtn in a year or two get on hgh

Also take advantage of being young while you can, look into orthodontic appliances that you could get like a reverse face pull mask or whatever its called, orthodontics is one of the best ways to make sure your face will develop properly.
