Id give you hltn-lmtn. You could improve your side angle, etc jawline (chin looks a bit recessed from the side. Hairstyle suits you.

Prob just styling your hair so that it covers your forehead better and just growing out the sides so that your hair looks more voluminous

ltn, you look like you have a negative canthal tilt. and you also have a bad philtrum to chin ratio (its basically 1:1 ). everything else is ight.

either get genioplasty or filler for the receding chin, i think the negative canthal tilt is caused by droopy upper eyelid so maybe fat grafting, and also u gotta debloat for the puffy face i reccomend buying a 5kg bag of pottasium chloride and stay away from sodium and sugar.
