You can do little things to become MTN like debloating fixing skin hair etc but the real problem is in your bone structure your face is too narrow I’d recommend you get orthodontic treatment and specifically ask for maspe or marpe, orthodontics is the only real route to ascend cause you’re too young to get surgery
