Not to be mean but he looks like a more feminine version of Urkel. He needs to gain some dimorphism.

I don't even really know what to rate him. His bone structure isn't the worst tbh. Tell him to buzz all his hair off or grow it out in a different style though because his current hair isn't working.

I wouldn't say I'm very qualified for anything but yeah I can rate you. I didn't really rate your friend though I just gave my thoughts.
