It is possible by hardmaxxing or you can just make him leaner and if yall didn't reach your 20th yet you can start going to the gym it WILL cause a slight bone mass and no fades just long hair, his facial thirds is so bad ngl, but it's never over

Hardmaxx is the only possible way tho, and 1-2 month in the gym probably will hurt cuz of sore muscles but after that his body adapt that pain and he will never feel soreness again IF if didn't rest for a while.
