we dont need 50 million diferent pics bro one from the front one from the back and 2 from each side is fine
 
still u look pretty vascular even if u dont have much mass on the chest tho, unfrotunately pecs are separated even if theyre fairly high inserts tho i like ur arms and u have decent enough abs, could i get a pic of u jst standing with ur arms by ur side to see ur frame

Is high pec inserts good? And I'll look for a pic, how far are they seperated like how bad is it

high pec inserts as long as they arent super high is way better than low inserts, and theyre pretty far separated but if u jst get mass on it then people wont care too much, be sure to jst keep training arms a load, especially shoulders since thats optimal

This is the closest I could find to just standing, are they seperated to the point where the normal person would notice, would you say? Like the point where people say "your chest looks off"?

less bad than i thought its not separated too far but a bit, normies wouldnt notice theyd jst say 'oh ur looking jacked dude'

ur decent, just need to add significant mass especially in lats and chest - id bulk and take being a fat lard for a few months to build up

Yeah my "friends" (class mates) all compliment me but it's always like backhanded because they're telling me how well I'm built but always try to make a joke out of it I'm sick of it but yeah my chest is fs my weakpoint it just doesn't want to grow maybe I start training it before shoulders even, but what I'm getting is there is no atrocities?

Im eating like crazy already gained a lot of weight but it just goes all to my fuckass legs they're so unproportianlly huge from the side they're genuinely double the size of my friends' I even got stretch marks

nah nothing noticeably devastating ur alr, if u see no development maybe consider roids? ig tell me what exercises ur doing for me i only do incline press and bench press

Incline and butterfly (pec deck I think) I believe my training is good it's mostly my sleep and eating habits
 
do a chest flex from the side and tell me the exercises u do jst to see rq

eh i train chest like 2 days a week and i usually sleep 4-5 hours on school days and about 7-8 on weekends

i lowk only have dumbbells to do bench and incline and they only weigh 4kgs each it looks like this which i believe is alr (dont clown too hard i only started like 5 months ago)

Yeah pretty much same for me I'm in the gym for like 6,5 months now maybe and I worked out with nodyweight and weights before that but horribly and the first two months in the gym was what you expect from a total beginner

Yeah my dad is crazy lean and vascular looks like he spent years training and goes to the gym every few months I'm blessed by him in that part

Would never make fun of somebody but yeah you js got more mass in your chest than me can't help it

Yeah I feel like lots of my fat is stored on the side of my waist (which is still okay) and my legs a lot can't explain they're size another way cuz I'm 60kg on 170cm compared to my friends atleast that's a lot
