How do i fix both? i mostly wanted to know my issues and the solutions. the only thing i am doing right now is just drinking a bunch of raw milk, not because i think itll improve my looks, i do hope so, but mostly out of taste. and also to try and lose weight, by eating very little and drinking enough to not have my hair fall out.
