Could be a fat issue, I kinda have dark circles sometimes under my eyes and they tend to look very tired a lot, I think it's due to poor fat distribution/storage in that area, a fat graft can solve that.
I also think it could just be because I'm literally just fucking tired JFL (Barely get 5 hours of sleep daily) and I also don't really activate my eye muscles which idk if you're supposed to do but I'm just kinda lazy with them idk
