side profile has htn potential apart from the potential overbite evident by the protruding upper lip? not gonna rate the front profile just yet, lose the weight dawg, easiest thing u can do rn is put down the fork and increase the water intake and decrease the fried food/ refined sugars + excess sodium

go onto a calorie tracking app and input ur data and it will calculate a maintenance, now w the maintenance u want to be in a 300-500kcal deficit of the maintenance ensuring ur hitting ur macros and micros
