ur main failos are bad skin texture, high BF% (facial bloat), and a recessed jaw, regarding your eyes u have negative canthal tilt and too much upper eyelid exposure, to fix this, you need to start leanmaxxing (to reduce bloat), fix your skincare routine, and look into mewing or potential jaw surgery for the recession

it’s both, u have a recessed lower jaw and weak infraorbital rims with zero under-eye support, ur whole midface lacks projection and the facial bloat makes the recession look even worse

ur maxilla is definitely recessed, u lack midface projection and it’s affecting ur eye area support, leanmaxxing might help show the bone but it looks like a genuine bone structure issue, it’s not just a lack of projection it’s straight up recessed
