ur skull is prety long, negative canthal tilt (i think might be the angle tho) philitrum is kinda big and eyebrows could do with being a bit thicker, i think maybe ur lower third is kind of narrow for how long it is so implants for gonials could be a thought but otherwise things seem fine, canthal tilt is fixable with canthoplasty but philitrum is something u shouldnt go for unless ur gonna do lip surgery to make it smaller (dont recommend filler or botox if u do its only temporary and ages horribly) for eyebrows jst take minoxidyl or some other peptide good for hair growth, ur fine tho cuz ur tall and im assuming u have a decent physique so can easily get girls
