Don't train neck using weights you idiot. Lay down on your back, knees bent, head off the ground. Turn head to the left and then right 100x, then up and down 100x. Do that once a week.

neck is hyper responder. Small percentage, do you vast majority of gym goers remain skinny/fat/skinnyfat hitting those dumb bro splits? btw only 1% of the world can bench 225 lbs. If u hit muscle once or twice which will lead to more gains. Just common sense if you think about, isnt it??
