get on fin, take biotin 10000mcg per day, get lipogaine "the big 5" shampoo, buy peppermint oil and the derminator 2 microneedling device. use it on hairline a few times per week and use peppermint oil on hairline a few times a week also

if after this your hair is still going, get on dutasteride. it's very unlikely at that point with dut and all of the others that you'll lose more or not get atleast some regrowth. if you do, get a hair transplant and get PRP injections on scalp once per year.

Your other alternatives are finasteride, minoxidil or transplant. In the end you will be bald no matter what. I suggest accepting it.
