I don’t know much about weight loss and how it affects hooding above the eye.
The best you could do is cut your bf% and see what the results are, if it gives you bug eye failo just bulk

Sadly just get implants on your supraorbitals. The methods like ice hooding and all of that will give the effect of supposed hunter eyes but it's just gonna give you saggy eyelids.

Having facial fat, can give the appearance of deep set eyes, because the fat can surround and support the eyes, some people end up with a worse eye area after losing weight.

Doesn't makes sense to me, eye fat is very stubborn and that's why people get blepharo otherwise they would just lean down. Do you notice your eyes being worse while lean? Only obese people gain upper eyelid fat, doubt a cut would influence it.
