And inflammation to plant toxins like oxalates, salicylates, and lectins suggest humans arent adapted for eating plant foods

there is no absolute risk indicated in this study+ this is also a cohort, and cohorts are terrible btw, so again, u didnt prove anything.

the sources u linked above was one a cohort study, second one already said the outcome was inconsistent and the study did not say anuthing about red meat causing cancer
