I already had consultation with maxfac in Germany , and he indirectly said that if I want BiMax then I'm a legit autist, however he agreed that couple mm of sliding Genioplasty would help improve the balance of my 3ds , I don't have that much money ca 5k € , is there any Surgeon in EU for this price range ?

I wanted to go to zarinbal , since it's like fucking 10 min walk from me , but he has very very long waiting time , even consultation 6+ months
