Please suggest surgeries, Im so done being this ugly

So Im finally working 2 jobs with an income and want to fix my super ugly jaw which gets me wierd stares and rude behaviour all my life. (Find attached),

In most pictures, I look super bloated especially when I smile and look like a freaking panda. My face looks unnaturally roundish as you can see and no its not fat, I am at around 10% bf from starving for months and just getting enough protein and working out, but I look fat asf. So it's basically an extreme case of buccal fat pads and thats one surgery im considering. I also permanently vertically open my mouth inside to make it less roundish but im so done. How do I fix this jaw and do you suggest bfr? This is not a trolll I assure you, and I have an appt with a maxillocafial surgeon next week but would like to hear thoughts. Also how do I fix this permafrowning my lips does which makes me look super sad.

If I were you I would just fix my lips, your jaw looks fine. I have a pretty similar jaw to yours and I think mines good.

1. get opinions from different maxillofacial surgeons. the opinion of a looks focused surgeon will always be superior to any of us here. if u want general opinions, then provide more information (maybe scans too?)

2. NEVER get buccal fat removal. itll make u age like milk

You have short face syndrome. You lower jaw is too short. Look for Todd Hanna from New York, he has fixed many people who have your problem.

If you are at 10% and look like this, then it just might be your face shape. You look to be brachyfacial(middle on the diagram).

People are suggesting jaw surgery, but I'm not sure how that will solve the issue because your lower third is in proportion with the rest of your face. If it's short face syndrome, then that must mean you have minimal tooth show; how much upper incisor show do you have? Do you look like left or right?

Id say the left one from my smile, and thanks a lot man I finally have a term. I do have a wierd brachyfacial shape and have to open my jaw the whole time to look normal

You need a mandibular osteotomy and maybe an implant over one side(or both) if there are any asymmetries or if the osteotomy gives a less defined look but it really depends on your specific issue and you should consult ur surgeon about his

Thanks, but don't you see that my jaw is so small and recessed and my face is so crazily short heighted, will an implant + osteotomy help? Ill defo get this next month

For sure but ask ur surgeon if it will look proportionate to your chin but size wise implants will def help and absolutely do not get a cheap surgery save the extra money and get a surgery in America or reliable foreign surgeon

2 surgeons arent willing to do it they say they dont see it, how do I convince a surgeon to do it. (This is in Miami)

They have to be stupid asf if they can’t see it legitimately 9/10 these are the types to fuck you up the most particularly because they don’t know where to start and their basing the procedure on ur wants which may not be 100% accurate

That’s like if a person having heart pains went to the doctor and they said idk what’s wrong with you but just tell me what u want me to do to fix ur heart, of course that will lead you to make wrong judgements and not knowing precisely what u need for the medical operation . The same is true in this situation u don’t know what precise changes u need and neither do the doctors so I say talk to other surgeons about it

Also even tho ur 10% bf your fat distributions might be off (if so inject fat dissolves like aqualyx) so get x-rays and images of your bones and ask ur doctor if it’s a fat issue it’s probably a bone issue tho
