Please tell me if I am coping

My face looks bloated as fuck, but I'm not sure if I'm just fat.

I am a retard because I drank myself to the point of mild blackout a few days ago (5+ U.S drinks in one night, 3 days ago), while recovering from a mild flu (I was nearly fully recovered but I woke up sick).

Am I a fatass or is this bloat? I can't recall exactly how I looked before.
