I need some tips and advice Ive been Ltn(rated by people on org) for a while and im wondering If anything can help me finally reach Mtn(No surgery or fillers im not old enough) 14M I already know I need to lose weight

shave the mustache tho
your mandible is a bit recessed but you can only hope
you can always fraud with makeup and whatnot to, for example, improve contrast. Your lip contrast isn't good
