Unrelated question but hopefully it doesn't bother you if i ask, were you on Niko's server by any chance?, and were you getting bimax?

For you question, alot of surgeons can give you a good result for rhinoplasty, mostly in Turkey since they are cheap and good.

Yes I was and I’m still getting bimax. Had braces for it for a year just waiting for the spaces in my mouth to close. Turkey is a mixed bag that requires a lot of research. Not saying there aren’t good docs but that’s why I’m on here asking if anyone knows any docs. Definitely turkey is one of my main options. Balance of skill and price

Yes and don't forget that you are the one in charge and you know wich results look underwhelming and wich aren't.

You can get good results if you find a good surgeon in turkey.

I’m in turkey right now recovering from cantho. This was my face before. I have enough money just waiting. I can’t really do a any more procedures or fillers until after bimax

I’d like to do bimax with widening yeah. My zygos look much wider than my gonions so there should be room for that. Then I want to fix nose and potentially mouth if that’s a real thing. Mouth, I have seen can improve somewhat with bimax. Paired with rhinoplasty I want to make the nose width lower and the tip of the nose better. I also want to do medium maxxes like composite veneers and fillers for lateral zygos gonions if not wide enough or I can just add it proportionally so the face is in balance

Yeah rhinoplasty will be crucial, will you get 2 piece le fort 1 for your upper palate?, i don't know if i recall correctly but i remember that you also had a narrow palate, correct me if im wrong.

Just don't do alot of widening since it will give you condyle problems in the long run.

Also if you do get the 2 piece le fort 1,your alar base will also be widened thus giving you a wider nose, so be careful about that.

Any CWW, CCW or downgrafting?

Yeah rhinoplasty will be crucial, will you get 2 piece le fort 1 for your upper palate?, i don't know if i recall correctly but i remember that you also had a narrow palate, correct me if im wrong.

No I don’t have a narrow pallate, it’s mostly just my mouth size. No idea about segmental lf1 I probably don’t need that. My maxilla isn’t really recessed. Could be rotated upward to match the rotation of the lower jaw upward so the occlusional plane would change I think. My lower jaw is very badly recessed so it’s mostly about getting a movement that matches my upper jaw.
