Pls GIVE ADVICE

I think my paranasal area is slightly recessed and I have a slightly negative orbital vector with a very abrupt transitions from midface to eyes . My mouth to nose is obviously unideal and a bad nose shape/lip shape. I have a slightly recessed chin and narrow jaw. The forehead I can change with dreads. May also need a longer pfl ass well. Opinions?
