Im already on 2mg Ghk-cu und Planning on Mt-1 and maybe HGH

Please give me a honest Rating and Tell me what i Need to Focus on an improve

Good eye area, solid bone structure but your recessed maxilla and your nose nerfs you hard. Get on some accutane (boost skin quality, could shrink your nose a little). As for your maxilla, you could of course always try thumbpulling and hard mewing, but there isnt much you can do apart from that.

Yeah, pallate expander and rubber bands will definitely help so don't worry until your treatment is over, if it's still recessed by then, then you can take action. If you can't get isotret, tret will do the job too.

You have a great frame, and orthodontics will at least partially fix your maxilla. I'd say you can get to low to mid htn if you try hard enough.
