Simple fixes would be:
Cut to 8-10%.. you look about 16-20% judging by your face, neck..
Get contacts
Fix the poofy hair, flatter hair is a better look
Get in the gym, gain some muscle

Do all that, post again in 6 months

Yeah thanks I've been trying to lean out but for the glasses they rly help my ratios so I think ima stick w them
