just tell it you want a deficit of like 500-600 calories gang, the methods arent what u needa be looking for you just use the values like your height weight and age to get an estimate of what your bmr calories should be and then factor in activity level which it does allat for you anyway and then just minus 500-600 cals from it and follow that with an app called myfitnesspalMy English is not that good.
