Pls help Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation

Hello i'm getting my neck beared lasered and i realised i got Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation in some of areas where i had razor burns/bumps. According to google this goes away withing 3-12 months even a year. How can i speed up this progress pls help
