PLS I NEED HELP INCISORS CHEWING CAUSE GAP IN TEETH (GTFIH)

im 15yo turning 16 in 2months.
i started chewing with incisors after seeing the threads and guides about it.
in the same day i checked in the night i found small gap between central 2 incisors.

mine was perfect but now it looks a bit like from the photo (same small teeth between central incisors)
