Basic things might help a bit its mostly genetics foe ur case but u can nose breath more and most important chin tuck,they will help alot,try to drink way .ore water to fasten the loosing of the hyoid skin,if u have crooked teeth use braces u js need a lil bit of lifting,hope this helps
