Unironically he could, face seems unique enough, and well fit for modeling standard nowadays, although he does have appeal for irl too

Vro u have good base but u need to darken skin complection and build dimorphism. Maybe train ur neck, and ur nose is upturned. But overall can't think of any hardware's.
