to get an accurate facial analysis based on pictures, you need the full frontal shot from both sides. Side profiles don't give a complete picture of a person's face and how it will age as a whole. So htn with your limited info is a pretty rough estimate since it can be tricky to judge certain features and bone structure without good angles.
