Minoxidil (maybe oral) , mostly for eyebrows but you also should grow your hair out. MT 2 for the tan. Having a relatively dark tan will be good for your colouring, seeing as you have very light blond hair. You really need denser and darker eyebrows though. You should probably dye them a little darker as soon as possible. That would be a very high ROI choice to make. You could also try to get a little more lean in order to bring out your zygos more and possibly get hollow cheeks. You will likely need to get more lean then you might expect in order to get actual semi permanent hollow cheeks. You could consider rhinoplasty to fix some midface ratios by reducing alar base and nose size overall. You can also use the topical hydrocortisone to acutley reduce nose bulbosity. There are plenty of softmaxxes though. To many to list them all here. Right now your rating would be around

maybe otoplasty also, your ears are sort of outward pointing.

How do I use hydrocortisone ?

How do I use hydrocortisone ?
apply a pea sized amount directly to the lower part of the nose. This is not something that you can use very often. 3x a week or once a day every other week out of the month is best. You don't want to use it too often because it makes the skin sensitive to UV. If you are already using retinoids on your nose you should not be in direct sunlight after using the hydrocortisone. It can also cause some occasional redness or acne like breakouts. I have used hydrocortisone for almost two years at this point and I have not had any issues myself. Its an anti-inflamatory that reduces the sebaceous contents that reaches your epidermis. Not a permanent solution but the temporary results are decent.

Generally the darker the better. You want as much contrast as you can get without making it look weird. The eyebrow dyeing would also go very well with a more tanned skin tone (via MT2).
