This is the problem that I have very high demands, although you wrote earlier that I am an LLTN.
I don't have problems with girls, but I decided to try look-maxing primarily for myself. The blackpill philosophy doesn't work for me. Personally, I think a man's charisma has more of an impact than his looks. But yes, it does exist, and if you take super-handsome guys, they'll get more attention.
