You’re sucking in your cheeks. Just naturally grow your jaw muscles and start a calorie surplus if you go to the gym I assume. Use a stronger hold gel for your curls to prevent frizziness.

lowkey kind of beautiful gang great appeal. hmtn hair definitely carries. stop sucking in ur cheeks and a bit of softmax and you'll be fine

Hairstyle that highlights your features. A bit shorter because I can’t see your eye area which is something that looks good right now. And gym if you aren’t already but your build genetics looks good.

you have a good base already you just gotta get defined a bit more i cant tell if you lift from those photos. appeal can be great but ideally want to look more masculine. Training your masseters can help thicken them and give them a more defined look you can use mastic gum for that. besides that keep your hair contained and have volume..

Im currently like 15-20% but im trying to get that down and also im like 6,2-3

I mean im hiting it and pulling up 4x a week but i cant see changes at all not just looks but im going to like extra failure and simple i cant progressive overload bcs if i put more its not moving
Eat more especially food with carbs if you’re not able to increase the weight. Basically, just eat more than you’re burning
