The acne is the biggest problem, get rid of the neck beard too, makes you look lazy. Use rosemary oil on the eyebrows for sure, it will make a big difference.

the neck beard is cuz of the acne, im not on school rn so i havent shaved it, for the acne im already working on it whit adermatologist, but the eyebrows im really struggling im on rosemary oil and minioxidil for the past 2 years i was literally eyebrow less when u was 13 look

Wow you really made a difference, just be consistent it will get better. I looked a lot worse at your age, how often do you go to the gym and is your diet clean?
