looks like youve done most of softmaxes so probably only answer would be bimax + rhinoplasty + fillers.
you have a very solid base and id say if you actually commit to surgical processes you can achieve hhtn which is insane. as of right now maybe youre a hmtn but need more pics its hard to rate from one only. good coloring btw
