From the pics it doesn’t look like a haircut issue. Your jaw just sits a bit downward/backward from the side, which a lot of people mistake for CCW rotation.

I would advise fixing mouth-breathing, forward-head posture, and tongue posture. ( the basics ) but honestly, i don't know how much they could change for you. Hair wise you could hide it with longer hair but for actually fixing it... your jaw in that image looks so strange tbh maybe the lighting? usually a straight line?

I would say go to an orthodontist, get the scan so you can clearly see the skeletal shape and then get them to give you a classification so its official , then you can look up the correct surgeries, which should be better than just randomly guessing and suggesting something you may not need, maybe look into this but its kinda a waste of time when you can get a scan to confirm everything for sure.
