not really. humans are social species just as much as they are biological, and good fashion sense signals that youre socially adjusted and not an outcast. it also may demonstrate your affiliation with a certain social group which is also important to keep in mind. the clothes you wear also change your percieved proportions so no fashion is not 80% frame
