Uh you can start by closing your damn mouth idiot,

Face symmetry isn’t that bad just your eyes, the only “fix” is surgery but I can recommend try caffeine serum on one eye at a time and see if you notice a difference, could just be cope though jfl. Let your hair grow out you look like a kid and shave the retarded facial hair

Maybe derma stamp and minoxidil and castor oil your eyebrows so they seem fuller and take away from your eyes and make your highest eyebrows less apparent
