I have a pretty decent overbite but also rate the site and give advice pls.

BSSO would just advance the mandible and wouldn’t really have a significant effect on gonial angle

His gonial angle looks fine though he dont need ccw ritation surgery

Bsso makes no sense in this case.... what? The fractures are done in the middle of the mandible, they don't affect your ramus and thus not your gonial angle. I guess mandibular angle osteotomy but idk the risks and such involved in that as its not a very common procedure. I THINK that is supposted to make the ramus look longer, but idk if I recall correctly. I know Vertical ramus lengthening makes it longer, obviously, but it is super complex so don't do that. Jaw implants also seems reasonable. I mean you already look good so I don't think any of these are neccecery but I'm just laying out the more reasonable options imo

idk i just feel like my mandible is super short and my chin is recessed plus the overbite. if i had to pick one hardmax to do it would probably be this

I mean if you have an overbite it changes things slightly. I guess you could technically benefit from a very minor advancement but you pretty much have the ideal chin projection though on the lower end. A too big advancement would make you overprojected yk. Also, it literally looks fine, no one would think you are recessed. I mean they obviously notice subconciously but the gonial angle is much more noticable and its also the only part your morph adresses

yeah i’m genuinely considering bsso bc of my overbite, it’s not super severe but i bite my lower lip a lot when eating bc of it and it’s noticeably asthetically

if you don't have a malocclusion you can't get a BSSO without a maxilla advancement

Doesn’t make sense for you, you have good forward growth and good ccw rotation of the mandible already. Only case is if you have short face (sfs) and you need clockwise rotation and/or downgrafting
