Okay, so first. it your upper to lower ratio on the face is horrible, maybe you can somehow fix that with hair, you have amazing hair + your white, so just grow it out more, maybe some of a wolf cut along the lines of that,

your nose is good, just find a way to make it slimmer, your face looks fat, but your physique I can slightly see seems alright, so if you really care about your face I would starve myself, or atleast go on an intense calorie deficit with doing atleast 20k steps a day.
