Yes if you follow these you will look way better guaranteed
1. Accutane
2. Train neck
3. Go gym
4. Grow out hair dont cut it
5. Grow eyebrows with minoxidil and cheap dermastamp
6. Dye eyebrows darker with eyebrow dye kit
