How can I do that and also how can I fix my eye bags other than getting enough sleep because I can't get enough sleep because of how busy I am I get 4 hours max sleep so do you have any other suggestions other than sleeping

Could try castor oil, Peppermint, maybe minoxidil.
You could also dye them to make them appear thicker, I use just for men black beard dye on mine.

As for eyelashes you could try the same except for minoxidil and dye, latisse if often recommend for them.

Caffeine serum, Ice mask, maybe concealer.
