Plucking eyebrows with tweezers vs electric trimmer?

Which is better?
In theory if electric then it won't fuck up follicles, whereas tweezers can fuck it up
Also will they grow back if its like mild? In theory could they grow back? Or electric trimmer + oral minoxidil and castor oil?

I have like a bit less density like my left eyebrow is a mogger but the right one isnt the same, so im thinking if i should completely trim my right eyebrow, in hopes of it recovering in full strength? Or am i coping

dude i just make sure i don't have a mono by using an electric trimmer in the middle of them since who cares ab the middle hair of the brows?

plucking is more precise and much better looking, i dont think there are any downsides to plucking (except for the pain but its nothing), and i think the hair regrows normally ALTHOUGH i could be wrong
