Average head size of what ethnic group exactly?
My binocular breadth is slightly less than 11cm's in case you must know, my skull isn't narrow at all though.

Where did you even get the data? What is your IPD, the distance between your medial canthuses, and your zygomatic width?

IPD is pupil to pupil, and medial canthuses is distance between your eyes.
