Weight loss plan
Walk 10k steps daily
Gym 3-4 times a week
Short Sprint 2-3 times a week
1600 calories a day (200g protein rest carbs and a little fat)

Current weight 105kg bodyfat around 25-30% (fatty)
Goal 15% bodyfat (kg doesn't matter because il gain muscle so anywhere between 80-90)
