Imagine risking being disabled to go from invisible to invisible
one of the good things about being 5'5 is that I have absolutely nothing to lose. if LL fucks up my legs I'll just rope. still better than living being 5'5 in the west

I got LL with Paley, it was absoloute hell and costly but I'm fine now. Walk perfectly normal and have gained 95% flexibility and movement. I just need to remove my nails which I will do sometime this coming summer. Whatever you do don't go to anyone outside of Paley too many horror stories. Good luck.

how tall were you before LL? and is it true that tibia lengthening is much riskier than femur? I've read it's riskier but also that it can be better proportions wise as long tibias are aesthetic

Why only Paley? I think there are a few U.S surgeons that are good, and also some Euro. However, I would agree to avoid India or Turkey

There is little to no risk with Paley. I was a little under 5'10.5. I'm around 6'1.5 now. Tibia's I've heard are less painful from other patients but overall LL is a pain that's next level . Breaking two bones in your body is no joke at all. As for proportions don't think too much about it they won't be fully off unless you literally have T-rex arms already. I've heard horror botch stories from a lot of people who got LL from other surgeons on LL forums and discord servers also Paley is the gold standard so me personally I would never go to anyone else given hes the best

I’m thinking of doing it with dr. Donghoon Lee. Any thoughts?

I've heard good things about him but I've heard his wait list is over 2 years long. Paley doesn't have that. But lee is top in the Top 3 surgeons for LL so defintely reputable.

Thanks for the quick response. Yes the wait list right now is 1.5 years. I could do it sooner in Germany with ZEM Germany or Peter Thaller but I haven't seen enough cases, what do you think of them? (dr. Betz is dogshit i've heard).

Also, do you know why the limb lenghtening forum is blocked by a log-in wall?
