About 4 months ago I realised I had a bad overbite and I just started slightly pushing my jaw forward non stop so that it aligns with my upper teeth, it’s been working but

Every time I eat then my jaw always has to push all the way back unless I eat with my 2 front teeth which I will not do

But is it non fixable? It also sometimes happens when I talk but that gets better over time
