During the grey invasion of 2023, I was one of the many that came on to this forum after the manlet Dillon Latham leaked the forum. I remember being the 15 insecure little boy ready to “ascend” jfl and one of the few threads I read was Pneumos “debloat guide.” And it was basically him saying bs on how we needed to make our sodium:water intake unpredictable. Listed on how we should be intaking large amounts of sodium and also water, fluctuating it low to high every day. I remember wasting money on water bottles because some days I would drink like 10 water bottles a day. And also had to force myself intaking like a tbsp of table salt as well. All for hollow cheeks. And I don’t think it was till like a month and a half till I finally snapped out of the cycle. I must’ve wasted like $60 of my hard earned money for water at the time. All that for suffering and being bloated. Gosh that salt was awful

But idk if he made that post or if I’m going skitzo. This is all based on fabrics of my memories. And I don’t really blame him for that either because id he mad too, since im also irritated at all the retards on TikTok who don’t know what they’re talking abt. Hate all greycels
