I've seen some clinics in turkey doing it, but you have to take in account that they're done by a specialist
also oral dutasteride is very effective itself, especially in AGA cases so if you haven't tried the oral form it's useless to go straight for injections
but yeah that lowering in serum DHT isn't very appealing, but at least you get your hair back
