Just get it done professionally, much safer. Even pneumo admitted he just gets it done that way now

It might not be a problem but if you have sensitive gums its 100% better to have the whitened professionally, you can also try micro hydroxyapatite 10%, it rebuilds the enamel better than fluoride and whitens the teeth at the same time
