So what's exactly is the point of doing surgeries if you're sub 5? It won't ascend you that much, but that requires a lot of money and time to recover. (DJS in this case)

How many examples like that are there? Where someone goes from being a sub 5 "hidden chad" to chad.

In most cases, sub 5 can only ascend to ltn-mtn. But with the current hypergamy, that won't change much
